RECRUITING
The MaxLax program understand that recruiting is a scary process to navigate for our players and parents. We try and make that process less scary and easier for families to navigate. We partner with the IWLCA to provide a sports recruiting profile to our high school elite players. This platform makes it easy for players to input all their info, and get in contact with coaches in one place. As current and past collegiate athletes who have gone through the process ourselves, we understand what it takes, the conversations that need to be had, and the actions the players need to be taking. We provide our high school elite players with a MaxLax recruiting binder that walks them through each step in the recruiting binder, provides them with tips and tricks to stand out, and give an outline of emails and phone calls they should be having with college coaches. We also have college coaches visit practice, and set up zoom meetings with college coaches so our players have the opportunity to ask the questions they have to coaches who are actively recruiting.
