Ways to get better at home
We are HUGE believers in wall ball. Wall ball will make you a better lacrosse player in a week! It is the fastest way to improve your stick skills. The more you have your stick in your hands, the more comfortable you will feel catching/passing uncomfortable passes.
Increasing your fitness will increase your speed and endurance. You are more of a threat if you can run up and down the field fast without being tired. If you spend as little as 10 minutes a day improving your fitness, you will see it translate onto the field.
You can be doing everything else right, but if you are not eating right then you won't get the results you want. Food is your body's fuel. Eating the right food will give you energy you need for practice and games.
